To initiate a return or exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@alaumare.com with your order number, the name of the item, and your reason for returning. 

Once approved, we will send a written confirmation along with a return authorization number and return address. Please mark this number clearly on the outside of your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Once received, items undergo a quality review within 3 days. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction. 

We are unable to accept items that have been worn, altered, or are not in their original condition. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold the refund and retain the returned merchandise.
