Any alternative terms proposed by a customer are not binding unless confirmed by us in writing. No supplementary agreements exist outside of those stated here.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our checkout and are protected by SSL encryption. Sales are considered complete from the moment payment is received.

Duties and Import Taxes

For orders delivered within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no additional charges upon delivery.

Shipment

Returns

We accept returns on full-price items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging with tags attached. Returned items must reach us within 14 days of return approval.

Sale and promotional items, serialized pieces, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs and any customs or duties charges are non-refundable. Should a return be rejected, the cost of shipping the item back will also be the customer's responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

As all pieces are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges. We recommend reaching out to us at contact@alaumare.com before making any decisions, so we can advise on what's possible.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel it on our end and issue a full refund. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. If this is not possible, store credit will be issued as a one-time digital coupon.

Quality

Our pieces are produced in ISO 9001 certified workshops, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at contact@alaumare.com. We will do our best to offer a repair or replacement where available. If neither is possible, a full refund will be issued and we will arrange the return. We may ask for photographs of the item and its packaging to support the claim. Please note that wear and tear over time is not covered under this policy.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
